Who we are

Agent Verify is a trading name of Stellian Pty Ltd. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Audit requests. Your name, work email, company, and optionally your phone number and message.
• Client accounts. Login email, organisation details, contacts, and billing records.
• Audit data. Test inputs, agent responses, tool events, and review decisions. We test only within the agreed scope and keep personal information in the evidence to the minimum needed.
• Technical data. Browser type and a one-way hashed network address, used only to prevent spam and abuse. We do not store your raw IP address with audit requests.

How we use it

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, deliver and bill for our services, send service notifications, keep the platform secure, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We share information only with providers that help us run the service, such as hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, and payment processing. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Storage outside Australia

Some of our providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Security and retention

Access to client data is restricted by role and workspace. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the service, our records, and our legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.

Access, correction, and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@agentverify.io. We will respond within 30 days. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Cookies and local storage

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in to the client workspace, and local storage to remember your light or dark theme choice. Public pages work without either.

Agent Verify Certification™ is an independent third-party compliance evaluation conducted by Agent Verify. It is a technical evaluation of agent behaviour, not legal advice, a regulatory determination, or a guarantee of future behaviour.

NIST, OWASP, MITRE ATLAS, ISO, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and other names on this site belong to their respective owners. We apply their published frameworks independently. Their use here does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our website or platform, email hello@agentverify.io with the details. Please do not access other clients’ data or disrupt the service while testing.
